Our approach

We work to provide keyboard-accessible controls, meaningful headings and labels, readable contrast, responsive text and layouts, text alternatives for meaningful images, and clear validation and error messages.

If any page, form, download, or support process is difficult to use because of a disability, email info@prophycapture.com or submit a support request. Describe the page or task, the assistive technology or browser being used when relevant, and the preferred way to receive the information. We will make a reasonable effort to provide the information or service through an accessible alternative.

Feedback

Accessibility feedback is welcome and is used to prioritize improvements. Third-party services such as Stripe checkout may have their own accessibility features and support channels, but ProphyCapture will assist with completing a purchase when reasonably possible.
